‘Stories of Hope’ Submission Guidelines
Thank you for your interest in our ‘Stories of Hope’ project.
The ORCC is an anti-racist, anti-oppression, proudly feminist organization working to end all forms of sexual violence. We counsel and support women, educate for change and work to create a safe and equitable community.
We will be accepting all poems and short stories. They will eventually be compiled into a bound collected works and made for sale as a fundraising effort for the ORCC.
Submission guidelines:
- All submissions must be sent electronically to
All submissions must be attached in Microsoft word - Submissions must be no longer than 600 words in 12- point font and single spaced
- All written submissions are the property of the ORCC and will not be returned to the writer
- All funds raised from the Stories of Hope book will go to the ORCC
- Submissions can be made anonymously, however if you wish to have your our name included please indicate this
- ORCC reserves the right to select, and edit any submission
- Deadline for submissions is January 15, 2011.
